The handle has been created using sustainable and renewable bamboo fibres and PLA ( a bio plastic made from corn starch and tapioca) and stainless steel for durability. All beautifully presented in a specially crafted gift box.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Always give me a wash first!
- I am dishwasher safe but like most kitchen items, I will last longer if you hand wash me. If using the dishwasher please put me in the top rack.
- I am microwave safe, however, please don't put me in the oven.
- As I am made from natural materials, I am not completely unbreakable. If dropped from a height or on to hard surfaces I may break or crack.
